Autumn is the time to begin to draw in, going deeper inside, condensing your energies and uncovering hidden treasures within. It is the time to strengthen and protect your boundaries. It is the time to explore the Metal element and the precious earth and heavenly energies. In the Colourworks system, the Metal element is a means for connecting with the colour and the energy of Gold – authentic power, truth, wisdom and joy. Discover how the gold Metal essence enables you to tap into your inner wisdom and deepen your connection with your authentic self. Metal also connects with the exquisite crystalline clarity of silver and white. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the autumn and the Metal Element connect with the lungs, colon and mind. As these are all areas of holding, irritation or blockages for many people, you will experience imagery, exercises and breath work to still the mind, open the lungs and soothe the large intestine. Bringing together the potent mix of Colour and Chi Kung offers you the possibility of engaging more deeply with yourself and each other, compassionately and profoundly. Dynamic deep healing and transformation come when we combine colour energies, colour bottles, colour essences and colour visualisations with specific Chi Kung exercises and the wisdom, information and insights of TCM.
