The late summer is a time for ripening, harvesting, gathering and celebrating what we have achieved so far, and we will explore the vibrant qualities of this time of year through colour, movement, meditation, visualisation and healing energies. This is a practical, experiential workshop to connect with your body and your relationship with our wonderful planet. For many, the reality of having a physical body on this physical planet is quite challenging. By deepening your connection to the Earth you will bring yourself more fully into the ever-present ‘now’ moment and will feel the security of the Earth’s constant support. The Earth element also enables us to expand our focus, deepen our intentions and prepare to reap the benefits of all that we have sown in the previous cycles and seasons. Set within a three acre walled garden, this historic building has it's own private terrace and lawn. The Orangery Suite is in a quiet and secluded location, just a mile from Wimborne and is easily accessible from all parts of Dorset and Hampshire.
