We offer a variety of inspiring one-day workshops (see Training Diary). These days are open to anyone regardless of prior experience or knowledge of either colour or Chi Kung. If you have studied either or both of these, however, the workshops will encourage a deeper resonance and understanding for you. Workshops are designed to incorporate the use of colour and the Colourworks essence range with the dynamics of Chi Kung. Included are Chi Kung forms and movements (including some spontaneous) and static postures, along with breath work, sound, colour meditations and visualisations, energy work and healing. In the Colourworks set of essence spritzers are 8 Angels, 6 Elementals and 8 Dragons, with one overlighting essence, Archangel Metatron. Each of the essences has a beautiful scent to enhance the powerful colour energies. We use these throughout the workshops to encourage you to connect more powerfully with the moment. We also use some of the Colourworks dual coloured round bottles of oil and water to support the meditations and visualisations. The workshop days are fun and playful, as well as being deeply healing, resourcing and supportive. Each workshop is unique. We work very much in the moment, creating a day that is tailored to the prevailing energies as well as the theme of the workshop. Some of our students come back to the same workshop more than once and find that their experience deepens each time. It is lovely to explore Colour Chi Kung alongside like-minded people and share experiences with each other. Some wonderful connections have been formed on our workshops! We also ask you to bring a blanket and pillow, as in the breaks you may wish to lie down and at the end that is exactly what we do! Plenty of nourishing food is also required as you will probably burn a lot of energy here. We provide herbal teas, high quality mineral water and the occasional flapjack!
